Shipping Policy

** All orders are shipped via Thailand post. This shipping method provides a tracking number.  You can check the package's status from https://www.17track.net/en 

** After your purchased, we takes 3-5 business days to prepare the package for shipping.

** Approximate delivery time frames:
Asia : 7-21 business days
Eu: 10-30 business days

** Delivery may take longer during holiday's periods such as Songkran day( Thai's long holiday) ,Christmas and new year or etc. (up to 30 days).

** All orders will be shipped to the address that you provided on check out page, please inform us for your 'full name' and 'full address'.

** Refunds will not be made due to wrong address or wrong receiver's name. If you would like a package to be send on a different address please let us know or leave some note on checkout or abearable@gmail.com with the correct address.

**  If you want to receive the product in 3-5 days please contact us via abearable@gmail.com  for express shipping ,It may be charge 800-2000THB (The shipping fees will depend on the weight of the order)

** Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
